Film festival in Alappuzha

Popular young Malayalam actor Kunchacko Boban will inaugurate a five-day film festival organized by the Alappuzha wing of the cultural group Soorya in association with the Directorate of Film Festivals, in Alappuzha on Wednesday at Shanti theatre. 15 movies, including award-winning Vilapangalkappuram, Thalapaavu, Thirakatha, and Kanjeevaram, will be screened at the festival. Delegate passes can be obtained from a special counter at Shanti Theatre on payment of Rs. 100.
